By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.
About Us
LazyLime ("we", "us", or "our") provides branding and logo design services to businesses in Australia and internationally.
Services
LazyLime provides branding and design services including logo design, visual identity, and related creative work. The scope of each project, including deliverables and inclusions, will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment Terms
All services require full payment upfront before any work commences. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full. Pricing is fixed based on the selected package or agreed scope.
Project Process
Each project includes the creation of initial design concepts as outlined in your selected package, followed by a set number of revision rounds. Final files will be delivered once the design has been approved. Any additional work outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting their brief. Clients must respond to communication and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in communication or providing required materials may impact project timelines.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to those included within the selected package. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe during the project.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client once full payment has been received. LazyLime retains ownership of all unused concepts, drafts, and design variations. LazyLime reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
No Guarantee of Preference
Design is subjective. LazyLime does not guarantee that initial concepts will meet personal preference. Revisions are provided within the agreed scope to refine the design toward the client’s expectations.
Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all branding created is legally available for use, including conducting any trademark searches or obtaining legal advice if required.

LazyLime is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from copyright or trademark infringement after final designs have been approved and delivered.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of creative services, full payment is required upfront and work may begin immediately after purchase. If a client cancels before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before concepts are delivered, a partial refund may be provided at LazyLime’s discretion.

Once initial design concepts have been delivered, only a partial refund of up to fifty percent may be provided.

Once revisions have commenced, no refunds will be provided.

Once final files have been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
