1. General Policy
All services require full payment upfront before work begins. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Refunds are assessed based on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Before Work Commences
If a cancellation request is made before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
3. After Work Has Commenced
If a project has commenced but no design concepts have been delivered, a partial refund may be provided at LazyLime’s discretion, taking into account the work already completed.
4. After Concept Delivery
Once initial design concepts have been delivered, a maximum refund of up to fifty percent of the total project fee may be provided.
This reflects the significant creative work completed at this stage of the project.
5. After Revisions Begin
Once revisions have commenced, no refunds will be provided.
At this stage, substantial work has been completed and the project is considered well progressed.
6. After Final Delivery
Once final files have been delivered, the project is considered complete and no refunds will be provided.
7. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has commenced, provided the services have been delivered with due care and skill.
8. Australian Consumer Law
If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or does not meet the agreed scope, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing time will depend on your bank or payment provider, and all refunds are recorded for transparency.
